Description

A profusion of giant flower heads in fiery shades of red, yellow and orange. Asclepias attracts bees and butterflies to the garden. Prefers average, dry to medium well drained soil. Drought tolerate once established. Tolerates poor and dry soils. May self seed in the garden. Deer resistant. Asclepias is one of the last perennials to emerge from the ground in spring. Height 24-30″.
