Soft yellow flowers age to a dusty raspberry purple. Both colors appears on the stem at the same time. Charcoal stems makes the flowers pop. Height 42-48".
Baptisia attracts bees and butterflies. Plants are long lived when established. Prefers dry to medium well drained soil. Drought tolerant when established. Tolerates poor soils. Deer and rabbit resistant.
