An upright deciduous shrub with pale pink flowers followed by medium-sized blueberries full of flavor. A late blooming time avoids the risk of frost damaging flowers, also extending the fruiting season well into late summer. Attractive to pollinators. Beautiful fall foliage. Height 4-6′.
Blueberries require medium to wet, well-drained, acidic soil (4.5 – 5.5) rich in organic material. Even though highbush blueberries are self-fertile and will fruit on their own, they will produce larger and more plentiful crops with other cultivars that bloom at the same time are present to cross-pollinate.
