Brilliant purple heads packed with dense florets. Large plants with sturdy wrapper leaves surrounding the colorful head. Great, nutty cauliflower taste is enjoyed raw or cooked.
Cauliflower is a cool season crop that grows best in the fall, although it can be planted in the spring. It does not tolerate summer heat well. Prefers fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil.
