Description
Plants form brilliant chartreuse green heads with highly intricate and unique spiraling florets that are mesmerizing. This variety is more heat tolerant than other Romanesco types. The texture is crunchier than standard cauliflower with a more subtle flavor.
Cauliflower is a cool season crop that grows best in the fall, although it can be planted in the spring. It does not tolerate summer heat well. Prefers fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil.
