A vigorous, fast growing, evergreen perennial that excels as a climbing vine or a trailing groundcover. The leaves are both lobed and unlobed (depending on the maturity). Clusters of greenish white flowers are followed by berries. The berries are an important source of food for the birds in the winter. Height 20-30′.
Prefers moist, humus rich, average to medium well drained soil. Tolerates many soils and a wide range of conditions. Deer and rabbit resistant.
