Description
Compact variety with densely packed heads of finely curled, crinkly, bluish-green leaves. Use fresh or cooked. A great variety for making kale chips. Height 12-18″.
Kale prefers fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soils rich in organic matter. A cool weather crop, gown best in spring or fall. Light frosts in fall increase the sweetness of the leaves.
