This slow to bolt mustard adds just the right amount of spicy mustard flavor to dishes and looks fantastic in the garden. The leaves are lime green, deeply lobed, and finely cut which appear lacey and contrast nicely with the thick robust leaves of cabbages and broccolis. Leaves have the best flavor when cut at 3-6″ and produce abundant cut and come again harvests.
Mustard is a cool season crop that grows best in the spring and fall. Prefers fertile, consistently moist, well-drained soil.
