Large, mildly fragrant, bowl shaped, mixed pastel colors adorned with crinkled petals and golden stems above basal rosettes of blue green leaves. Height 10-12″.
Papaver attracts bees and butterflies to the garden. Prefers fertile, evenly moist well drained soil. Drought tolerant. Intolerant of poorly drained soils. Deadhead to promote new buds. Will self seed in the garden. Deer resistant.
