Large blooms with bands of deep red, bronze, orange and yellow and brown centers. The multi-colored flowers resemble the full spectrum of autumn leaves. Compact plants have coarse hairy foliage. Height 18-24″.
Rudbeckia attracts bees, birds and butterflies to the garden. Prefers moderately fertile, moist well drained soil. Drought tolerant when established. Tolerant of a wide range of soils. Deadhead to promote new blooms. Will self seed in the garden. Deer and rabbit resistant.
