Description
Rosettes of long, pointed green leaves with prominent reddish-purple veins and tiny white blooms on tall red stalks. This species if primarily grown for ornamental value, but it does have a role to play in the edible garden as well. Height 12-18″.
Prefers average medium moisture well drained soil. Do not allow to dry out. May self seed in the garden.
